Consolidation processes and details are maintained in accordance with the previous conditions according with the provisions of Italian Superintendence to Fine Arts.
Two floors, 480sqm the first and about 340sqm the second surrounded by 2.5 hectares of land partly cultivated with vineyard. Access with elegant private road flanked by ancient cypresses trees. Another access pass through the forest.
Inside, there is a porch with elegant columns, many rooms, a private church and chapel, artesian well, oven, possibility for an agritourism or an hotel, and to add also tennis courts or a swimming pool.
Architectural details are from medieval and Renaissance period.
